Amy Giannotti’s Online Consultation requires you to fill out a tailored questionnaire online, which helps Amy to create a personalised plan for you, without needing to make a time in your diary to meet! Once you have completed your questionnaire, Amy will send you your personalised plan by email for you to get started ASAP.

Should I choose an Initial Consultation and Meal Plan or a Review Consultation and Meal Plan?

An Initial Consultation and Meal Plan is the best place to start if this is your first time consulting with Amy about your goals. An Initial Consultation is generally only undertaken once.

A Review Consultation and Meal Plan is best for those people who have already had an initial plan created by Amy, and are looking to take their results to the next level. You can undertake a Review Consultation as many times as you like as you achieve goals - and want to continue succeeding.


*You can purchase a Review Plan as many times as you like, but we recommend only purchasing an Initial Plan once.
**As part of creating your plan, Amy requires you to complete a detailed questionnaire. This will be sent to you once you have made your purchase.
